Saquib Jamil serves as Research Associate in the Media and Communication Department at the Centre for Social Research (CSR), New Delhi. With a strong background in research, digital advocacy, and media engagement, he contributes to CSR’s mission of promoting gender equality and social justice.

Saquib holds an MA in Development Studies from Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Delhi, and a BA (Hons) in Political Science from Jamia Millia Islamia. His academic work includes research on socio-economic disparities, urban development, and gender-focused policies.

Prior to joining CSR, he worked as a Research Associate, conducting fieldwork on water conservation and community needs assessment. His experience also includes roles in community management at Samsung India and an apprenticeship at Tata Consultancy Services.

Passionate about media, digital rights, and social impact, Saquib has actively volunteered with the Internet Freedom Foundation and participated in policy workshops. His expertise spans qualitative and quantitative research, social media marketing, and content creation, making him a valuable asset in amplifying CSR’s advocacy efforts.
